A bulk producing vegetable, grain and fruit fiber. Straight psyllium powder is considered too harsh on the digestive tract, when used alone. We have combined these ingredients to ensure the finest colon care and bulk production available. Only takes a ¼ teaspoon for most pets, versus 1 to 2 teaspoons of leading fiber products. Great for hairball control. Provides stool stability and irritable bowel relief.
Directions:Mix well into meals dividing daily dose into two servings.
Dosage: For cats and small animals use ¼ to ½ teaspoon per day. For medium to large dogs use ½ to 1 teaspoon per day. Horses use 2 to 4 teaspoons per day and mix on bran moistened with water for maintenance and also use 4 tablespoons with 4 ounces of oil once a month to encourage elimination of sand when needed.

Veterinarians have noticed this fiber to be important for maintaining normal stool elimination, especially during times of stress or illness. Excellent for hairballs and irritated bowels. This formulation of vegetable and fruit fiber is considered more gentle and effective than straight psyllium. My pet does not like to take pills. How can I ensure my pet gets the supplements needed without stress?
This product is a powder. It is recommended that you sprinkle the required dose on a small amount of Azmira's wet food formula. Most pets will eat the hidden supplement without regard. Supplementing your pet’s diet should never be stressful for you or your pet.
If I use Azmira's food, why do I need a supplements?
Azmira uses the highest quality muscle meat combined with good grains, fruits, vegetables, vitamins, and minerals. However, the baking process in any food removes some of the nutrients. Azmira uses a very low baking temperature, below most brands, to retain as many vitamins and minerals as possible; but, because of the baking process, some nutrients are lost.
